Our hospital program for 2020-2021 will be challenging this year.  We need to stay focused on the goals which are to keep in contact with our hospitalized veterans and let them know we have not deserted them in this difficult time.  We must seek out new and innovative methods to stay in contact with our Veterans and show them we care about them and support them in this difficult time.  We must help our VA vets as well as our local vets living in nursing facilities, managed care facilities, hospitals, and rehab facilities.  We need to find new methods to keep in contact with them.  Our training academies will offer a forum to come up with new methods of staying in contact with them and showing our Veterans we have not deserted them in this difficult time.  Bring your ideas to the Academies, or send them along with your fellow attendees so we can disseminate them to everyone.  Let me know if you have ideas that would help everyone keep our Veterans happy and thankful for the VFW Auxiliary.
